The Beginning!
It’s starting…the time of excitement, paint, glitter, music, and overall FUN!
We first used Hanukkah stamps, which the kids absolutely loved! The children shared different colors of dreidels, stars, presents, and Menorahs. It was such a hit that we had Davenning at the table so we could continue the art project while praying.
Next, we used liquid water colors on felt (this is part of a take home project, so you’ll see the final project in a few weeks!). The children had to follow instructions, switch out colors with their neighbor, and take turns as this was a small group project. This meant having to wait for the second group, and having to stop at a certain time for the first group. Both groups behaved beautifully.
